Leadership Team

Jacek Materna
CEO

Jacek Materna is an accomplished Go-To-Market Tech Executive with extensive experience scaling B2B companies and driving growth in various leadership roles. With a background in corporate development, enterprise software sales, and growth strategies, Jacek has successfully led organizations through significant transformations, delivering high ROI and increasing EBITDA.

He also advises on corporate development and product GTM strategies for various businesses, including Vooks and Enflux. His past roles include Group CTO at Aspen Capital, where he drove digital growth across a portfolio with $5B in AUM, and CTO at Assembla, leading a growth turnaround that resulted in a successful exit.

Jacek’s technical expertise is complemented by deep financial and operational knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem. He has co-founded multiple startups, including VoIPshield Systems, Yariba Systems, and Ambience Tech Inc., with successful exits in the tech industry. Fluent in English, French, and Polish, Jacek is also a published author on security and cloud technology, holding several patents in network security and cloud-based systems.

Based in San Antonio, Texas, Jacek is a lifelong learner passionate about building high-performing teams and creating revenue-centric cultures. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.

Krzysztof Lesisz
VP of Engineering

Starting his journey with Salesforce in 2011, Krzysztof’s experience ranges from developer, to architect, to sales. Having worked on hundreds of projects, he now brings his expertise to Full Circle Insights as VP of Engineering.

Krzysztof uses a think-outside-the-box approach to lead the Full Circle development team and bring new ideas to life. He is also a logical problem-solver and enjoys the challenge of discovering solutions that improve the overall product and user-experience.

Jandir Matos
Lead Economist, VP of Finance

Jandir is a passionate finance leader with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of building and leading teams. Jandir’s wealth of knowledge helps him successfully lead Full Circle Insights finance and human resources operations.

His previous positions as Head of Finance and Co-Founder at tech and SaaS companies such as Pide Directo and VS Asset Management give Jandir a unique and strategic approach that helps companies scale and grow to reach their fullest potential.

Erica Newell
VP of Customer Success

With a demonstrated history of successful client strategy and execution in the SaaS industry, Erica is an experienced leader with a passion for elevating the customer experience. Erica’s previous experience as VP of Customer Success at organizations such as Motivosity, SocialClimb, and Instructure has made her an expert in employee development, executive strategy, and change management.
