Dear Full Circle Customers and Partners — 

We are facing some unprecedented times with the Covid-19 pandemic that is affecting all of us in our personal and work lives. So I wanted to take this opportunity to send a message to you, our customer, about how we are working through this challenge.

First, we are concerned about anyone who is sick right now with Covid-19 and wish them a speedy recovery.

Second, we are grateful to all the brave health professionals who are working with Covid-19 patients to help them get well. We also send good wishes to the scientists who may be working on anti-virals, vaccines, and tests we sorely need. Thank you!

Third, at Full Circle, we will continue to make customer success our number one priority. In good news, all business functions at Full Circle can be performed from home and all of our employees are currently operating at capacity from their home offices. We will continue to serve customers using remote communications tools including Zoom, email, phone, and our website.

I certainly wish you all the best during this time of uncertainty. But hope to create some assuredness that we will do everything we can to support your use of Full Circle products. Thank you for being a Full Circle customer.
