Bonnie Crater
President & CEO

Prior to joining Full Circle Insights, Bonnie Crater was a five-time vice president of marketing and executive at many software companies in Silicon Valley. Bonnie held vice president and senior vice president roles at Genesys, Netscape, Network Computer Inc., salesforce.com, Stratify, Realization, and VoiceObjects (now Voxeo). A ten-year veteran of Oracle Corporation and its various subsidiaries, Bonnie was vice president, Compaq Products Division and vice president, Workgroup Products Division. In 2013, Bonnie was named one of the “100 Most Influential Women” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, in 2015 the Sales Lead Management Association named her one of the “20 Women to Watch” and in 2016 Diversity Journal honored her as one of the “Women Worth Watching.” Bonnie holds a B.A. in biology from Princeton University.

Dan Appleman
Chief Technology Officer

As Full Circle Insights’ CTO, Dan Appleman brings a broad technology experience to our customers. Having supported over 30 Salesforce implementations with technology solutions, Dan is also the founder of Desaware, Inc. a developer of add-on products for Microsoft Visual Studio and co-founder of Apress publishing. In addition, Dan is the author of numerous popular technology books including Advanced Apex Programming for Salesforce.com and Force.com, Moving to VB .NET: Strategies, Concepts and Code, and Dan Appleman’s Visual Basic Programmer’s Guide to the Win32 API. You can often find Dan on the speaker circuit providing new insights into cloud computing and other technologies.

Roan Bear
Vice President, Products

Roan Bear brings nearly 20 years’ experience in advising companies on business and marketing strategies as well as technology solutions. An expert in Salesforce and a former marketing executive, Roan understands how to leverage technology to facilitate marketing requirements from advertising to lead generation and from analytics to automation and reporting. Roan has experience with a wide range of companies—from large to mid-sized to startups—in many industries, including technology, healthcare, military, e-commerce, non-profit, and services.

Leila Jere
Vice President, Customer Success

Leila is responsible for helping customers implement and adopt the company’s products. She brings 20 years’ experience advising customers on maximizing value from technology solutions supported by robust business processes. Prior to joining Full Circle Insights, Leila consulted with dozens of businesses operating their organizations on salesforce.com. She successfully implemented sales/business operations at Symyx Technologies, Xenogen Corporation and BioSpace, Inc. She was a member of a Six Sigma team at GE Capital IT Solutions and credits this training with establishing a lifelong dedication to helping companies grow and continuously improve the way they do business. Leila holds a BA in Political Science from Williams College and served as President of the college’s Society of Alumni.

Bob Teplitsky
Vice President, Engineering

Bob is responsible for building, delivering, and supporting the company’s products. He brings over 20 years of software development, technology consulting, and business development experience to the Full Circle team. Prior to joining Full Circle, Bob spent many years as a consultant. Most recently he was the CTO and co-founder of InCadence, a Salesforce consulting partner that helped non-profit organizations leverage technology to increase their impact and reach. Bob has delivered and supported mission critical technology solutions for companies large and small including AT&T, Merrill Lynch, RealNames Corporation, The Tribune Company, 3M, Microsoft, and numerous early stage startups. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Christine Vermes
Vice President, Marketing

Christine is responsible for all aspects of marketing at Full Circle Insights. She leverages a rich track record in marketing with a noteworthy breadth in the discipline, nearly two decades in the making. Her career spans key executive roles in the startup and agency worlds, strategy and implementation roles at Intel — where she rose to Corporate Brand Director responsible for managing the company’s entire worldwide brand identity — and even a stint with the governing body of polo as CMO responsible for growth of the sport. As a longstanding manager of complex marketing programs, she believes in motivating fiercely creative and passionate teams, and augmenting them with strong agency relationships. In February 2013, she was named one of the “Top 50 Women Brand Marketers” by Brand Innovators. Christine holds a BA in International Business and French from Cornell College.

Brian Owen

Brian D. Owen has more than 30 years of senior operating experience with a particular focus on achieving liquidity for VC-backed growth-stage B2B Cloud, SaaS, and enterprise software companies. Currently an active Executive Board member at X-IO (ex-CEO) and a Partner at Masthead Venture Partners, Brian previously served as CEO of Decalog, NV, a front office asset management, trading and compliance financial software company that he successfully merged with SunGard (NYSE: SDS). Brian was also CEO of MapInfo Corporation where he led the company’s successful IPO (sold to Pitney Bowes). Prior to that, Brian held senior management positions with Oracle Corporation and Computer Associates. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors at X-IO Technologies, Centric Software, CloudTP and Full Circle Insights. Previously he served on the Board of Directors or as a Board Advisor to Raptor Systems (Nasdaq: RAPT, Sold to Symantec), Nuron (sold to Intel), WorldWide Packets (Sold to Ciena), Packet Designs (Sold to Lone Rock Technology Group), RuleSream (sold to Siemens), and AEP Networks (Sold to Ultra Electronics). Brian has an MBA degree from the Wharton School and a BS degree in Mathematics from Boston College.

Jodi Sherman Jahic

Jodi Sherman Jahic is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Aligned Partners, an early-stage technology venture firm focused on capital efficiency and clear founder-investor alignment. She has been investing in early-stage technology companies for over 15 years. Previously, Jodi was a Kauffman Fellow at Battery Ventures, led the wireless sector team at Voyager Capital, managed technology projects at Accenture, and co-founded three startups in North America and Europe.

Jodi holds an STS/Physics degree from Pomona College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a frequent industry speaker and co-author of a book on venture capital. Jodi lives in San Francisco with her husband and two daughters.

Judy Loehr

Judy Loehr is one of the world’s leading consultants in B2B marketing for SaaS companies. As an early employee at salesforce.com, Judy was one of the company’s first product managers where she designed and launched the original Service Cloud product, the Campaign features within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the Salesforce AppExchange. While at salesforce.com, Judy held Director and Senior Director positions in Product Management, Integrated Marketing and on the AppExchange teams. Since her time at salesforce.com, Judy has been acting CMO for top startups including Zuora, AppExtremes and ServiceMax and has applied her product launch, packaging and messaging expertise to over a dozen other SaaS companies.

Jennifer Pockell Dimas

Jen Pockell Dimas is a connected and energetic leader in the B2B marketing arena. Currently asVP, Integrated Marketing & Business Operations at Plex, Jen applies her passion for aligning sales and marketing toward common goals through the coordination of language, systems and process. Before joining Plex, Jen was the VP of Integrated Marketing and Business Operations at Demandbase, Senior Director of Global Marketing Operations at Polycom, and has also held positions at Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Ernst & Young LLP and Lotus Development. Jennifer earned her M.B.A. in Marketing from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California at Davis and her B.A. from Lewis & Clark College.

Linda Giampa

Linda Giampa spent 25 years in high tech sales, sales management and ceo roles, beginning with 8 years at Oracle, followed by executive leadership positions at successful startup companies including include Pure Software (IBM), Optimal Networks (Compuware), Ejasent (Symantec) and Versata. Linda is currently the executive director for Bay Area Lyme Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to making Lyme disease easy to diagnose and simple to cure through research funding and awareness efforts.  Drawing on the skills and know-how developed in the high-tech industry, Linda has brought the practice of responsibility and accountability to all donors and has more than tripled the organization’s research funding. Linda is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences.
