Russell Horton | VP of Sales
Russell leads the Full Circle Insights sales team with a passion for building relationships established on trust. His strategic approach coupled with a strong technical acumen has helped organizations like Twilio, AlefEdge, and Rackspace drive revenue and scale.
As a former college athlete and lifelong seller (Boy Scout popcorn champ!), his leadership skills and drive come naturally. Russell’s thirst for knowledge and belief in hard work has led to a successful career delivering results.

Krzysztof Lesisz | VP of Engineering
Starting his journey with Salesforce in 2011, Krzysztof’s experience ranges from developer, to architect, to sales. Having worked on hundreds of projects, he now brings his expertise to Full Circle Insights as VP of Engineering.
Krzysztof uses a think-outside-the-box approach to lead the Full Circle development team and bring new ideas to life. He is also a logical problem-solver and enjoys the challenge of discovering solutions that improve the overall product and user-experience.

Jandir is a passionate finance leader with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of building and leading teams. Jandir’s wealth of knowledge helps him successfully lead Full Circle Insights finance and human resources operations.
His previous positions as Head of Finance and Co-Founder at tech and SaaS companies such as Pide Directo and VS Asset Management give Jandir a unique and strategic approach that helps companies scale and grow to reach their fullest potential.
